If a company is being listed as a Shareholder, then the name(s) of those associated with that Shareholding Company must be provided to the Investment Promotion Division.
Investors are encouraged to reserve their business name with the Registrar of Companies prior to being registered with the Investment Promotion Division.
The certificate has a duration of one year and you must register the business whiting the year.
The application can be done in-person or via e-mail.
