Time frame

Submit completed form on Mondays and get back in three days time. This applies only to countries whom they usually work with. For countries whom are not yet recognized, the progress of their submitted complete form will take more than 5 days for them to get back.

Goods that require an import permit are specifically the ones which are potential sources of plants and animal pests and diseases which include: live animals and animal products; live plants and plant products; soil and sand aggregates; secondhand clothing and used items; timber, plywood, masonite and other wood products.
