When receiving confirmation of lease or sublease, a client should come into the office to sign the contract bearing in mind that payments of the lease or sublease agreement fee should be settled on the same day after finalizing discussions on the approved lease or sublease contract. Hence, the waiting time until next step is zero (0) days as payments should be made immediately after sigining the contract.
